Shipping policy

Shipping charges will be automatically calculated in the shopping cart after you select the shipping country in the check out page. Once your payment is confirmed and we have the items you have ordered in stock, the goods that you ordered will be dispatched quickly.

An email or SMS will be sent to you when your order has been dispatched via the information you entered. Please ensure all shipping details are correct before placing your order. Twinkle & Giraffe Designs are not responsible for orders that do not arrive due to incorrect shipping information being provided by customer at checkout.

If the order is returned to Twinkle & Giraffe Designs, it is the customers responsibility to pay the additional shipping expense.

Expected delivery timeframes:

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please allow up to 5 business days during sales and holiday periods.

Please allow the following postal times in addition to the processing time:

UAE - Estimated 1-3 Business Days

USA / CANADA - Estimated 7 - 14 Business Days (after 1 - 3 business day processing time)

Rest of the World - Estimated 8 - 25 Business Days (after 1 - 3 business day processing time)

If you require it by a certain date, please let us know and we will do our best to accomodate your request.

Twinkle & Giraffe Designs will try to meet the estimates, however, we cannot guarantee that such estimates will be met due to many unexpected factors, for example, holidays, postal delays and customs clearance.

In the case of packages lost or delayed in transit by the shipping carrier, please contact us immediately, we will attempt to track the package or / and make a claim for you. If your claim is successful, we will then issue a new product to you in a timely manner.

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. You should check with any related authority of your country (or the designated country of the order) for any charges required to receive the goods you order from Twinkle & Giraffe Designs. We are not responsible for any of these charges, and would not refund on item(s) returned to us due to unaccepted / undelivered and/or any other reasons unless otherwise agreed with Twinkle & Giraffe Designs in advance.
